David McNicholas Golf Limited was established in 2011 when David was appointed the Head Professional at another local club, Normanby Hall. In 2016 the business moved across to Elsham Golf Club when David started his new role as their Head Pro.

Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength and David has recently been appointed as the new Director of Golf at the Club. The new responsibilities of DMac Golf LTD include tee booking sheet control and management. The role sees David work alongside the General Manager at Elsham as they look to keep up the long standing tradition as one of Lincolnshire's finest Golf Clubs.
